Age Verification Policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from us.

We are a responsible retailer, and we take the safety and security of the public very seriously.

Products such as crossbows will require age verification before they are sent out to you.

We require your valid photo ID such as driver's license or passport, which we will then check and process your order if you are over 18.

We do not store your ID, it is deleted upon verification.

This is very easy to do so and instructions will be provided via email once you have placed your order.

The forms of ID we accept are:

• Passport (UK or International, unexpired)
• Driving licenses (UK or EU, unexpired)
• Proof of age cards with a PASS logo (such as CitizenCard)
• EU national identity card

We will never ship any age restricted items without verifying your age first.

If you do not provide satisfactory ID, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and refund.
