Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, please feel free to return your purchase within 14 days.
You must inform us of any returns within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing sales@buyarchery.co.uk.
Products must be returned in there original packaging, including the product packaging and the shipping packaging.

We aim to process your refund within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
The refund will be returned back to you original payment method.
Products not returned in as new condition if you have decided you do not want your order will be returned to you at your expense, the item must be new in packaging as sold. Products showing evidence of being tampered with will be returned to you at your expense, it must be in new resellable condition in original packaging.
You are advised to inspect the good(s) on receipt for any damage and/or faults.
If the product is faulty, then please contact our store via email for a collection label, we will pay for and arrange collection on faulty products.
- You must NOT use your product for safety reasons.
- You must inform us of damaged/faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
- You are also advised to inspect the packet/parcel on receipt and you MUST sign for the parcel as "damaged" if any damage exists to the outer packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned orders.
We do not accept visitors at our premises.
